No, but i think, it could be usefull to have some functions to get the
parsed infos about position and radius also from the framework.
for some kind of fancy display like:

or to display that you at the edge of the homezone
but all the detection depends on getting the cell broadcast messages
once in a while.
i was only able to test the deamon by reregistering to the network.
