This is GPS driver for GTA02. It deals with power on/off GPS module.
The GPS data can be generated through UART1.

Add GTA02 GPS power manager. We can power on/off GPS module through
echo 0/1 > /sys/bus/platform/drivers/neo1973-pm-gps/neo1973-pm-gps.0/pwron
