Yeah, pretty unlikely and the intuitive corrective action would resolve the problem. The most likely scenario I could imagine where this would happen is if the plug is accidently removed, either following insertion, or followed by insertion, so that you get opposing user actions within a short period of time. > Anyway I made a patch on top to try to deal with it I will test and send > shortly.
