AT lets you set an alarm using AT+CALA=time,0,6 but I've never tried it on TI Calypso. <time> format is yy/MM/dd,hh:mm:ss±zz. You can also leave cell broadcast or other unsolicited notification on to wake you up but that will wake you up only minutes later.
