Nice catch :-) What's supposed to happen is that CPU.PWREN = PMU.GPIO1 controls whether the core supplies are active during SLEEP (in our case only 1.3V, since there's no separate 1.8V supply just for the core). A quick look at the code suggests that this is indeed what should happen after your fix is applied. - Werner
