I try from 1 day to compile a kernel for openmoko(freerunner GTA02, I use Qtopia rootfs), I have used 2 ways. 1) Downloading kernel from www.kernel.org Applying patch from https://svn.openmoko.org/branches/src/target/kernel/2.6.24.x/ Using config from the same link Compiling (no problem) Upload the kernel on the freerunner.. (no problem) The system boot (I can access by ssh), but when the graphic interface should boot the screen freeze .. ( cursor "_" freezed) 2) Use GIT, Git clone git://git.openmoko.org/git/kernel/git linux-2.6 Git checkout orgin/andy cp defconfig-2.6.24 .config but I have a error : unknown field 'oversampling_shit' specified in initialize I need help :s Thanks, Sorry for my english skill :s
