I had a MokoMakefile tree handy, so I told it to build a image (make 
image), then found two mkimages in this directory:

./build/tmp/staging/x86_64-linux/usr/bin/
(I have a 64-bit machine)

I successfully used the one called uboot-mkimage.  The other one is 
called "mkimage".  I didn't try it.
