You need to use "-a kernel" for the uImage.bin file. You will also need to re-install the u-boot bootloader, e.g. from http://buildhost.openmoko.org/daily/freerunner/200808/20080808/uboot-gta02v5-latest.bin
BTW the "support" list would be a better place for this sort of question.
