I just spent a couple of hours nearly uplevelling to 2.6.27-rc2, bunch
of include files have swapped around. The last issue left is in fact
that CONFIG_SERIAL_SAMSUNG replaces the s3c2410.c file we patch against.
So, that's a good opportunity to have a crack at this fresh, making a
diff of what we did on 2.6.24 against mainline and trying to apply it as
carefully as possible to 2.6.27-rc2 new samsung serial file. I'll give
that a go tonight.

Thanks, Andy. I just tried the latest patches and I don't get anything
back from the modem now.
