Yeah, we shouldn't do this. The PCF50633 should be able to handle charging in all states, including deciding when it's not a good idea to charge. This differs from the 50606 (in GTA01), which doesn't know about USB. Perhaps some of the GTA01 code is causing some confusion ? - Werner
