Yes, but they will need a minor patch to Android as well. Android is
using FBIOPUT_VSCREENINFO to do page flipping. The glamo driver does a
whole lcd controller update when that happens which causes even worse
flashing. Changing to use FBIOPAN_DISPLAY which only does the flip
removes that flicker.
I've just updated the kernel and will update the rootfs in
people.openmoko.org with new images.
