[PATCH 0/2] allow WLAN module to suspend/resume without reset

These two patches add a module/boot parameter "persist" to s3cmci
that configures it to refrain from resetting the SDIO bus on
suspend/resume.

The logic is largely the same as in Samuel's s3c24xx_hcd.c for the
Atheros SDIO stack.
