Lest this causes confusion: this private interface is of course something that makes the HIF unsuitable for mainline, but given the general state of the AR6k driver, this isn't an urgent problem. Long-term, I think the rfkill subsystem itself should provide a way to have rfkill state that survives the driver that created it. Perhaps my implementation can serve as an example for part of the mechanism. - Werner
