Hi

Android doesn't use gsm0710muxd. It uses a gsm muxer I wrote. The 
modem isn't turned on by the RIL, but turned on in the init.rc.


The init.rc don't do that sequence because is a single process. Maybe It 
is necessary do you use the
getproperty of android to do the gsmmux reset sequence.
