rild update

Hi all,

I push my change in rild repository but now it's offline. The basic 
problem is the licence. I rewrite the
70%~75% of the code, but I have one big function that is not rewritten 
but just a restyle clean and a little bit change. I think that I can 
have on it the GPLv3 but I don't think that I can move to the APACHE2 
licence.
Any help please?
