Wouldn't it be better to have these all as separate patches?

001.diff - Added means build on non GTA02 platform, corrected 'vendor/device
IDs'.
002.diff - Added SDIO onebit mode support.
003.diff - Changed method of data transfer, now it based on low-level function.
004.diff - Changed method working in IRQ mode, for block non IRQ requests.
- Experementaly returned HIF_DEVICE_IRQ_ASYNC_SYNC (give ~+5%
perfomance).
comment: with out patch 001 - 002 inconveniently work on my platform, therefore
patches not fully separate, it is in series.
