Hi,we are pleased to announce that the version 4.1 of OpenMOLE has just been released. It includes many bug fixes and documentation improvements (the website is now also part of the release process). It is very nice to see how the stabilization process is conscientiously led by the development team now and how important bug fixes are systematically back-ported from the development version to the stable version.
We also have great plans for 5.0, the most visible features will be 1/ a web based editor in which you'll be able write an run your OpenMOLE scripts and 2/ a simple REST API to easily pilot OpenMOLE from your own applications. Ain't it nice? OpenMOLE is evolving toward a full online collaborative environment for workflows. In that path 6.0 will get a graphical web interface for piloting OpenMOLE and we will begin the work on the multi-user aspect of the OpenMOLE environment.
Cheers, the OpenMOLE team.
