NetLogo5Task("/Users/myildi/Dropbox/These-vanDerPol/Modele/openmole/VDPMYV02.nlogo",
cmds,true)the last argument "true" asks OM to copy all files in the original folder in its execution zone, and that solves the problem. My experiment seems to works locally now.
