The idea here is to allow for the possible of multiple releasable
items some day, leave a space for sandboxes, and keep the TTB
structure(s) in their own directory, not mixed with other things.
Having a sandbox sounds like a good idea, if we add a new component
someday, or do the big maxent refactoring we can do it in the sandbox
and do not have to mess up trunk.
We might also create a regression test project, which contains training
data which might not be release able. Or project which just contains
public training data.
So we really should leave some space.
