Here is my review:
- Just write the address in the correct format and not this way:
"opennlp-users at incubator dot apache dot org" we do not gain
anything from that.
- Instead of the digest its more important to mention the unsubscribe
address
- The commit list also has subscribe and unsubscribe addresses
- People might misunderstand this:
"This list is for development questions.". It should more
clearly point out what the list is.
