Missing main POM.xml file for projects

The main ..\opennlp\pom.xml file seems to be devorced from the source tree in
trunk.
I'm not sure if this is by design. If so, this bug may be ignored. I had to
fix for NetBeans by checking out the incubator/opennlp/opennlp branch into the
current source tree area on my system to fix the issue.
