A default set of code styling defaults are needed for NetBeans IDE like the 
ones for Eclipse.

** Current NetBeans Lacks the ability to Export/Import these settings, however, 
we need them regarless.

I'll be attaching a zip file with a majority of the NetBeans defaults (as 
images); can someone look over the settings and comment?
