Do you want to have a look? > > Jörn Seems to be that when building it hits the HTTP server with many requests and sometimes the server rejects with the error to prevent DoS attacks. The file lost is random and isn't always consistent.
Is there anyplace we can get all the files in a JAR or similar archive instead of downloading from http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/xml/4.4/ James
