Do you now have everything which is needed to sign it off?

Can someone send me the SGA that was signed? I don't see it in the usual place

I checked our mail archives, and there it says.
That people either need to sign this software grant or
the ICLA.
Unlike stated below, Eric Friedman chose to sign the CLA instead,
and I believe he is also listed (there is also a committer called Eric
Friedman, is that him?).
Gann chose to sign a SGA and got a confirmation from the ASF.

Where/when was this ever filed? I don't see it in the usual place. Can
someone either send me a pointer to it or the original?
Most SourceForge committers are also committers here, they (should have)
all signed an ICLA, these are:
- Thilo Goetz
- Jörn Kottmann
- Jason Baldridge
- James Kosin
- William Silvia
The following people didn't maintain their commit rights:
- Gann Bierner
- Eric Friedman
- Joao Cavalcanti
Of these three people Gann Bierner and Eric Friedman should have signed
the software grant.
