Hi all, OpenNLP was heavily influenced by a couple of research papers, the authors of these papers like it when we reference their work somewhere.We have something like this now in the wiki, but I think we should include it
in our distribution as well.
I suggest that we add a CITATION file to our binary and source distribution, which
contains such citations. Any opinions? Jörn
