lets vote to release RC 4 as OpenNLP 1.5.2.
The testing of it is documented here:

Our tests on CONLL02 will be updated in the next days, since there was
an encoding issue on the data I used for this test. Anyway the other tests
we did on the name finder strongly indicate that we don't have an
regressions.
