Anyway we can easily link to such an issue list in jira.
We don't have issues for everything which someone might want to
contribute.
Getting support for a new language or format support for a new
language is always
nice, but we only have a very few jiras for that.
It is the same story for new components which would make a good fit
for OpenNLP,
but we don't have jiras for, e.g. spell checking, dependency parsing,
SRL, entity disambiguation, etc.
