Remove the classes which are broken or no longer used. All the old code has to
be updated as part of the maxent refactoring, to ease this task only the things
which are necessary should be re-factored, everything else should be dropped.
The code which is used by opennlp-tools is mostly only the code which is needed
for training and testing, but almost none of the utility classes.
Task: Discuss what could be removed and then remove it.
