The POSTaggerME uses a Sequence Validator to limit the output to a "valid"
sequence. it should be possible to pass in a custom sequence validator. The
passed-in sequence validator might be created by a researcher to test a new
method of sequence validation or some pre-defined OpenNLP sequence validation.
