We should add a demonstration web app to our website, so potential new user
have a chance to try out OpenNLP before they need to download it. The initial
version of the web app does not need to support every component in OpenNLP, but
should support a few.
It seems to be possible to request a virtual machine from the infra team to run
our web app on.
