The UIMA Cas Editor is a UIMA based annotation tool. Annotating texts could be
easier with an OpenNLP Plugin for it to automatically suggest what could be
tagged, and then ask the user to confirm/reject. This idea is taken from the
discussions we had about the OpenNLP Annotations project.
The first version should have support for the Name Finder.
