Hmm... very interesting.
I've actually got the Dictionary{} class replaced by a completely empty class
and the caseSensitivity flag isn't really being used anywhere.
ie: TokenizerME uses dictionary to get a asStringSet() to return a Set<String>
for usage... loosing case flag.
List goes on...
I'll get a more complete list soon.
