Should provide a mechanism to customize the POS Tagger using a factory. The
component should get the following objects from the factory:
- Context Generator
- Sequence Validator
- POS Dictionary implementation
One issue to solve is how to initialize the objects. For example, the Sequence
Validator might be initialized using a POS Dictionary.
