Hi, I'm using passive updates to notify OpenNMS of things going up or down. However the current passive parameters use nodeLabel which is a pain to get to. I suspect I want to be able to pass foreignId into the passive update and use that to find the node if I can.
Can anyone point me to where the actual node that a passive event is for is pulled out from the database? I can see where the PassiveStatusKeeper deals with the event and generates the key but I can't see where this resolves into an action against a particular node. -- Alex Bennee, Software Engineer Beam me up, Scotty!
