The ticket was not created. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../ Kernel/System/TicketService.pm line 39. Compilation failed in require at (eval 102) line 3. I install SOAP::DateTime with perl -MCPAN -e shell and in shell install SOAP::DateTime After this it works :) I have compared the EventBuilder.java from trunk and 1.6.0 but without any differences. I don´t know where the problem is in 1.6.0. The replace from OtrsTicketerPlugin.java is not enough. Thx for help.
