How do I modify the file/directory permissions for file entries in the
tar.gz that gets built via assemble.pl?

I'm seeing there are a large number of files that have:

$ gtar ztvf target/opennms-1.8.10.tar.gz |awk '{print $1,$2}'|sort |uniq
-c
3991 -rw-r--r-- 0/0
 417 -rw-r--r-- roskens/other
 268 -rwsrwsrwt roskens/other
  22 -rwxr-xr-x roskens/other
 599 -rwxrwxrwx roskens/other
 521 drwxr-xr-x 0/0
   8 drwxr-xr-x roskens/other
  58 drwxrwxrwx roskens/other

Its strange that some have mode 7777, others 777. And that some have
owner 0/0, while others have my username/group.
