I've set up a test instance of OpenNMS 1.9 (rpms built locally from a git checkout) and have started playing with it. One thing that I've noticed is that it doesn't detect the IPv6 interfaces on my Cisco Catalyst 6500s. The IPv4 interfaces are detected correctly so SNMP is working. IPv6 interfaces are detected on the Linux boxes that I've let OpeNMS discover so far (a mix of Fedora and CentOS systems). Is this a known issue or should I open up a bug in the bug tracker? I did some basic searching and didn't see anything. What sort of debug information would be helpful to provide?
