As Antonio pointed out in the JIRA issue I created for this update, he'd already done an SMIv2 conversion back in July that even included conformance groups -- I didn't notice it because it was in a separate file. So I've just merged Antonio's conformance group additions into the version I created yesterday, added a revision, and pushed.
