A company I am doing work for has commissioned me to implement a
Clickatel notification strategy. See...

considering contributing the change back. I know there's the agreement
(PDF) to complete, but at a technical level, I'd like to check a few things.
Is this contribution appropriate? Should I get the patch to somebody
who is a committer to approve/integrate? I'm implementing it in the
"opennms-services" module -- is this correct?
Any help appreciated.
