FYI, this is due to me merging the Nullsoft Installer (NSI) Windows installer for the remote poller code into the main OpenNMS build. Check out the http://my.opennms.com/opennms-remoting page on your OpenNMS system to download it after you build your packages! :)
Also, I think that "makensis" is in the "nsis" package on Debian. On Windows, you need to go to the Nullsoft Installer sourceforge site and install it.
