I'm still trying to fix things. Builds that fail are not cleaning up after themselves well.
There's also apparently a bug in Xenial where apt-get will freeze, which leaves the automated update stuff frozen, and then things start going weird. I found at least a couple things that can help so hopefully it'll be better soon, but assume builds are not useful until I say otherwise.
