Due to excessive spam over the past weeks the GB2312 charset is now blocked from this list.
I'm not aware of any legitimate post using this charset. If there are problems please contact me off-list. This should take care of the bulk spam. I did consider restricting posts to members only. Most posters are subscribed with a different address though.
