Yes, you need to set the Bluetooth Pairing PIN for that device. This can easily be achieved using the bluetooth support for e.g. Gnome or KDE or with Bluez command line tools. You have to enter it two times, once on each side of the connection. You can possible avoid that PIN by using ObexPush protocol instead of FBS protocol, e.g. using -U none.
