It seems the scan-build output requires a jenkins login. Trying to log in
with an OpenID results in the following, somewhat amusing, error message:
Login Error: unassociated null
null "null" is not associated with any of the Jenkins user account. Note
that if you already have a user account and is trying to associate a null
with your account, this is a wrong place. To do so,
Login
Click on your name
Click on the "Configure" link, and then
associate a new null from that page
