Hello Karl, I am trying to get a SoC from TI (DM8148) with ICEPICK-D work with OpenOCD and while researching the issue I noticed the ICEPICK-C setup sequence in OpenOCD were changed from the TI recommended one to the current one by this commit: <http://openocd.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb.cgi?p=openocd/openocd;a=commitdiff;h=70143a96c5cfcf13e1bfcabcbd39bc321f2da151>. The new setup sequence seems to be based on more insight in the meaning of bits in ICEPICK-C's registers than it is available from TI's documentation.
How was the current setup sequence derived and, is the information it is based on available somewhere?
