Yes, 

>From whata I see most of the time is level 1. When I got Level 1 I could not
remove it with openOCD. Even with the ST_LINK utility, I have hardtime to
get it removed. The only way that I have found is to use the program funtion
(flash program) and the utility tell me that the Level 1 is there and it
will remove temporary.

I continue digging with all theses...
