You can pull it now, directly from gerrit and add your patch that will
depend on my patch series. There are commands to do that presented on
the page in "Download" section:
git fetch http://openocd.zylin.com/p/openocd refs/changes/27/427/1 &&
git checkout FETCH_HEAD

As long as it takes (; Someone must approve, possibly test and so on -
this will make it quicker (; Usually a week or two, sometimes faster,
sometimes slower. You can make it faster by checking that out, testing,
adding patches for boards.
