To make things even clearer - I think that the board is not really reset because I check some register values right after "reset" (with OpenOCD), and the values are not reset to default state - they are the same as in previous session, before "reset". Therefore I think that ST-LINK uses vectreset or some strange form of software reset, which is not very good /;
