Hi! Sorry for the lack of response. The OpenOCD project no longer accepts patches via email. Instead follow the instructions in the HACKING file to push your patch directly from git to the Gerrit system at http://openocd.zylin.com/ , where it can be reviewed and commented. How fast the review process goes depends on how much interest the patch creates and how much effort people can volunteer. A week is to be expected as the minimum.
