Hi, I've got a similar thing on a board using a ARM7 core. My parallel nor flash was not being detected.
This was broken by: http://repo.or.cz/w/openocd.git/commit/c3074f377c1da33ca8ba8493826e1b52351eebc6 Reverting this fixed the issue in HEAD.
